I'm a Gustavos, number one! I'm gonna be a great flash animator someday. You may find me one day and remember the little idiota named Gustavos. A kid who stumbled upon this site...and uh oh? I'm making movies now. Idiota Productions presents... -Dec. 2007

Hey everybody, I just started the Resident evil Collab 2! I love Resident Evil and I'm more than excited to lead the sequel. Visit the Collab page to learn more.
And Happy Halloween Eve, everyone! I came to school in my Luigi outfit. It was awesome.
That's all for now!
Current Nintendo Story Ep 5 length: 1 minute 21.6 seconds
First part for Resident Evil Collab 2: Finished!
short scene transition for the collab: 60% done
I'm strongly opposed to showing pictures of myself, but I think this deserves to be shown. Here's me in my Luigi outfit on Halloween at school. The Mario next to me was a senior who coincidentally dressed up. Yes, I'm aware of how skinny I am. Just playing the role of Luigi. :)

Hey guys, how you doin'? I happen to be doing great, as I have released a new flash movie.
In other exciting news, I've been really into South Park lately and recently bought the old movie over the weekend. And since then, I was in a super mood. Especially knowing that I'll be submitting my wonderful movie soon. So share my happiness by listening to the song in my head:
The South Park movie was hilarious. It doesn't have anything on the Simpson's movie, but it was back when South Park was only two years old. It's only flaw was that Butters had only one short line in the movie. And Butters is my favorite character. South Park only got better over the years. Now, 12 years since the first episode, they ought to make another movie. Who agrees?
Other such news is that I'm back in school, a freshman. High School kicks arse. Who agrees?
What else, what else. Oh yeah, I got Mario & Luigi 3. Best game on the DS. Who agrees?
And Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles for the Wii is going to rox our sox. Who agrees?
If I keep on with this meme, somebody is going to deck me in the face. Who agrees?
Update 10/29/09:
Nintendo Story ep 5 Current length: 1 minute and 15 seconds
Nintendo Story ep 5 Estimated length: no idea
Happy Pico Day everybody! This happens to be the Happiest day of the Year for me. And I'm especially glad I am a contributor to this wonderful occassion. I made by Dad 'n Me movie, and I'm really proud of it. I managed to make it in 12 days because of Spring Break and State Testing at my School. I also got off school two hours early today so I can submit my movie for more people to see (I assume?).
So, yeah, not much else to say. Hope you enjoyed my movie. I'm going to go watch the rest of the Pico Day flashes. See youse.
And thanks to Flash Ads, Newgrounds owes me 204 cents (updating). Awesome.
Nintendo Story Episode 4 current length: 4 minutes and 16 seconds. The movie itself is finished and should be uploaded by September 8th.
I REALLY wish I had a better, higher quality way of taking screenshots other than PrtScn. But here's proof that I'm not that much of a lazyass.
EDIT, 8/4/09: It's my birthday! Come on everybody, let's sing!
EDIT, 8/15/09: Happy Clock Day everybody. Next year I should definitely make something, I have a few ideas. But not this year. Anyway, Episode 4 is being worked on, it's just ending up way longer than I'm anticipating. Before starting it, I assumed this movie would be two minutes long. But in the end, it should be around twice that length, and than there's credits and outtakes. Don't fret! I will finish it. And it will be awesome. Definitely my best animation yet.

All my time as a flash animator, I've focused on getting better, and being one of those wonderful people with their wonderful creations. With each new movie, I was dissappointed with how little my skills had improved since last time. So then I get depressed and pulled away from Flash until I get the motivation to get back on this chair. It's a very sad process, but I'm just one of those people who can't look back on their work assuming it's much worse than it is.
Today, I was sick and home from school. So I had time to work on flash. While I was staring into space (which was still the computer screen), it dawned on me that I haven't seen some of my movies in over half a year. Tonight I watched every single movie and collab part I've done, and I have to ask, what was I thinking?
I was so ashamed of my work, thinking it was so amatuer and so not well done. That my first movie is the only good one simply for being so classic. But, they're all enjoyable. I like Nintendo Story Ep 1, I like Episode 2, I still like my part in the RE Collab, and damn even my part in the Metal Gear Solid Collab which never made it in was fairly decent.
Alright, yes. They are not that good as flash animations. The art is shit, the animation is unrealistic and very stupid at times, but I still find them enjoyable. I laughed at some jokes, I reminisced at those lonely school nights spent making each small scene, I even almost cried a little.
Now I know what those few people meant when they said that I've gotten better since last time. I was denying it, I was kicking myself at the illusion that I'm still the same as I was in 2007.
So, I'm feeling good by seeing how shit I was back then? Well no. So what's the point of this post? Just to illustrate that I shouldn't feel like I didn't do something good enough. Whenever I get this feeling, I'll just look back and see for myself if I'm getting any better. My current project is kicking ass at the moment and I can't wait to finish it. We're in the year 2009, and I've been asleep since the Ball dropped on Midnight. It's a damn good thing I'm still young, because there are still 10 months in this year.
Edit: 3/30/09
I've just got done watching through my flashes again, but more on how I've improved. I'm certain that I have gotten better at a slow pace. All I need to become one of NG's Finest, is more experience and a little bit more of flash know-how. I know now that I've been making excuses in those Author's Comments, trying to get people to go easy on me. It's pathetic. I'm such a child, it's painful to watch. I hereby apoligize to the good people of Newgrounds who obviously won't read this, to say that I was at fault multiple, if not, all times. Please forgive me for I have sinned.
Anyway, more productive matters. Ah ha ha ha. These days I'm getting home not so late due to some arrangements. Which means more time for stuff I want to do, including flash. Now, I will have AT LEAST 45 minutes more time at home after school. I love it so much. Getting my shit done only about a half hour after the time I used to get home. And Spring Break will be both awesome and productive starting on the week of March 16. And next year, I'll have EVEN MOAR time home to do shit. It's all so wonderful, I cannot explain my happiness enough through this keyboard. Next year it will literally be up to two hours more time than I had before the arrangements that were made today. Now that is awesome. Literally almost having as much time as other kids my age have to do whatever the hell they want. But what I do is much more interesting...in my eyes...shut up you dickheads.
One last thing before I leave on my SUPER FUCKING AWESOME FANTASTICAL TRIP TO THE MOON, is that two major changes to my movies will happen. One is that they won't be nearly as loud as they were and as a result will seem to have much better sound quality. It's a two for one deal there. The other thing is that the animation won't seem so quick an jumpy. Also, no deadlines, at all. I do think that Nintendo Story Ep 4 will be rather short though with what I have planned, but is still pretty damn good so far.
So let's all sing and bask in the joy of being alive on these wonderful days, and...aw shit, we're going through another Depression.
But we're still happy.
And can somebody please stop me from making this News Post any longer?
Anybody?
I'm all alone.
: Congratulations, you just wasted five minutes here. See youse.
Edit: 4/14/09
By the way, I'm on my Spring Break right now. I just did 15 seconds of animation, which took me somewhere over two hours of semi-focused work, and I feel really good about it. I MIGHT be able to submit Episode 4 by Sunday. Maybe. I also really don't want to miss out on Pico Day, so I hope to make something small afterwards for the occasion. I have small ideas I'm putting together for a Tankman movie. But with so little time, I just don't know.
Edit: 4/16/09
I've decided on a Dad n' Me movie instead. My Tankmen idea seemed kind of stupid after a while. I figured out how to use Flash Ads API, and Pico Day is the perfect day for generating revenue. I also wanted to get Episode 4 out on Pico day as well, but that most likely won't happen. Dad n' Me will be much longer than I've planned, just like every movie I plan.
Lengths of both movies right now (frequently updated):
Episode 4: 1 min: 42 seconds long
Dad n' Me: Finished! 2 min 41 seconds long (not counting credits)
So I submitted a new short movie. My part in the REsident Evil Collab 2, which never made it. I didn't want my work to go to waste and personally like this one. Hopefully people will understand the joke.
So hooray for five submissions in the year 2008.
Edit: 1/16/09
I made a shapes movie for the Shapes Collab. I think it's pretty good.
Edit: 1/31/09
Shapes n' Shapes Collab has finally been put together.
Finally, it's done. I have to say that this is an outcome I very much liked. I also now have a dropdown bar for my flashes, this is all so wonderful.
Anyway I've come to post this as a reminder to myself. The sound problems are so overwelming that I most likely will be doing many things in the future of this series. The audio screwing up must have been related to the file size of the movie and how long it is. Therefore, all future episodes should be much shorter Than this one. Maybe one and a half to two minutes long. I'll also take other precautions once I start episode 4, but that's not until I finish up two parts for the Resident Evil Collab 2. Time will tell.
Besides, I'd rather have all episodes shorter. No parts of the series will ever be taken out, there's no need for worry on anything like that. This way, episodes come out faster, instead of waiting several months to submit a large episode and suffer through sound errors, it'll be quick and painless with no downsides.
Also, The series will be different stories in episodes. The next will of course follow Kirby's story, and probably half of the next episode, then I work on somebody else's story. Which is good because Mario has been in all my movies and I'm growing tired of animating him.
Lastly, Here is a low quality picture of my favorite frame of Episode 3. (see picture below)
Edit: 10/30/08
Damnit, only two reviews, 224 votes. This is just depressing. I make a test for myself, I try my hardest under horrid conditions, and I get less praise than I did on movies that really didn't deserve it (but if they never got it, I wouldn't have kept on with this series). I know it's something that I shouldn't whine about, but this is ridiculous. Now that the series has an actual plot going, I'm supposed to be very motivated to work on it more, but I don't even feel like it. I keep wondering if I went wrong somewhere. Somebody help me out here, I feel like I was robbed of my will to animate.
Edit: 11/11/08
I finally realised today is my one year anniversary of being an animator. I'm so happy now. I should get to work.
Edit: 12/5/08
Yeah, I made a fixed version of Nintendo Story ep 3. Details in the author's comments. Also, this is my first part for the Resident Evil Collab 2.
Don't sneak up on Mario kids.

Well the RE Collab is done and submitted. Three people in the reviews liked my Leon vs. El Gigante part. Now there's just one animating task I have until June 28th. To make Nintendo Story ep 2. Why that day? Well, that day seems like a special occasion to me. As of today it's more than halfway done at around a minute and 45 seconds. It's coming out to be the greatest work I've ever done...yet.
I also notice I have a batting average of 2.93 courtesy of the Collab. Although, I won't have a real batting average until my next movie comes out. I'll calculate it on my own on that day. Anyway, I'l just have to get to work for these ten days. Also, I've been scrounging up Brawl codes for the summer. I would very much like to get some more. Mine is 1504-6313-4142.
I NEEDS BAWL CODEZ!!!!!!!
Edit: 6/28/08
So I submitted Nintendo Story ep 2 just now. And I sit here with a heavy heart in the fact that those sound errors caused a big impact in the middle of the movie. There was nothing I could do because my computer's been screwing up everyday. One time I had to reanimate a whole part of the movie when it was deleted for no reason. And so many grievences came with this movie. But I also realised the reason I keep screwing up with each movie. Deadlines.
Deadlines really suck, and I take them rather seriously once the last week comes around. This past week I must have spent around twenty-five hours working on the movie. So now, all movies I make will come when I think they are ready unless of course it's for a holiday or something.
Edit: 7/2/08
I fixed those problems with episode 2 a while ago so that's good. I haven't gotten to work on episode 3, but tuned up things that I couldn't have before. I'm going on vacation Friday and coming back a week after.
Edit: 7/23/08
I made a nice little Title picture.
Edit: 8/4/08
Happy birthday to me. I got plenty of cool stuff.
I feel bad about getting rid of my other post, so I'll bring it back here:
Does anybody agree that Nintendo is the best company in the gaming industry? They're history is three times better than the others. Don't answer yet, think back to how much fun you had playing a Nintendo game to a shitty game on Xbox. Yes, there are some sucky Nintendo games like Mario Party 5-7, but nobody can ever say Super Smash Bros. Sucks. Think carefully people.
Now, people can still continue with their recent discussions.
I'm making a new series, but they'll be episodes. And you wouldn't beleive how much better I am now than in my Christmas movie. Which you should go watch and reveiw. My skills have nearly trippled and I've been working on my voices of Nintendo characters. I'm now a voice actor.
So, I'll get to work on my movie right now. See ya.
Update, 2/17/08: Also, if there's something I want to say to the people who stumbled here, I'll say it here in this News Post. By making updates.
Update, 2/21/08: I've been making the characters lately and decided to put up a picture of what I have so far. So enjoy this character art, which most likely was screwed up during uploading.
Update, 2/22/08: I noticed some mistakes in the art and fixed it. Here's a better picture.
Also, my movie is about a half a minute long. It's great so far. A good story, and a lot of motivation to work on it because this is a true Nintendo Story I'm working on.
Update, 2/23/08: I decided I should say how much progress I made with my movie every day.
Today my movie is now 37 seconds long. I'll hopefully be able to make much more progress tomorrow.
Update, 2/24/08: I worked a lot and my movie is 52 seconds long. Hell Yes!
Update, 2/27/08: Sorry, the movie has not gotten any longer. I've only gotten a little time to fix a couple things. And I put up my Gustavos picture because it's better than some character art.
Update, 2/29/08: Happy Leap Day! I've gotten some good work on my movie and it's 64.8 seconds long. Yippee! The weekend is here and I'm gonna use it.
Update, 3/1/08: I didn't get a lot of work done, but now the movie's 74.1 seconds.
Update, 3/2/08: God damnit! lost track of time today. I hate how that happens on sundays. The movie is almost 87 seconds. Alright, I created a little deadline for this movie. It should be in the portal before March 9th. I'm hoping. I got a lot of projects in shcool to do and a bunch of other shit I've been putting off. But I'm really going to work my ass off for this movie.
My guess is it'll be two to three minutes long. I'll cut out the more boring parts. March 9 because that's when Brawl comes out. I preordered it so I'll get it that day. And that'll occupy me for months. My five month anniversary in flash is March 11 and I simply can't have the fact of only one finished movie after five months stuck in my conscience.
I'll have to put off my more recent game obsessions now though. Oh well, I working 3x faster than I ever did because this series is a kickass idea.
Update, 3/3/08: The movie's around 91 seconds which is okay for a weekday.
Update, 3/4/08: The movie's 112.4 seconds long now. That's almost two minutes. Yes! The movie is nearing completion!
Update, 3/5/08: 122 seconds now. The movie itself should be finished tomorrow, but I'll still have to fix up some things and make the Outakes. Good News is there's a 90% chance it'll be in the portal Sunday or maybe even Saturday. I'm definitely putting off a huge Language Arts project for this, but I think this is worth it.
Update, 3/6/08: 143 seconds and it's almost complete. I'm guessing 15 to 20 more seconds of the movie, then there's the credits, then making the outakes and all the other stuff. I also fixed a couple things in the movie.
Not only am I putting off the project, but the huge Richard Nixon Test on Wednesday. Oh well...
Update, 3/8/08: The movie is out and works correctly on Newgrounds. I'm so happy. I'm constantly checking it to see how many views it has under judgement. This is the same feeling I had when I submitted Mario vs. Santa.
Update, 3/11/08: Yippee! My fifth month of having flash. I've spent the last few days playing constant Brawl. I could spend hours talking about how great that game is. I beleive I should take a vacation from flash. On Monday, I'll continue Nintendo Story ep 2. Until then I'll only get a little work done whenever I want to. Now, I have to spend time playing some Brawl.
Update, 3/17/08: Brawl! Yeah, so I was playing at least 25 hours total of Brawl which was about every hour I had free this whole week. I got all the characters and completed the entire Adventure Mode, which was a lot longer than I thought it would be, but as fun as I expected. After I did all the things I needed for school, I had some days where there were no things I had to do, no worries, no deadlines, I could relax. It was awesome. And Spring Break starts Friday after School and that's gonna kick ass.
So, now I'll get work done on episode 2 every day at a fair pace. It should be done in April. Oh, and the movie's around 20 seconds and I finished some really good character art.
Update, 3/21/08: I got Spring Break now which goes on until March 30. Yay! Eight days off! The movie's about 26 seconds long and I made some nice character art. This episode is gonna be great. Brawl's really been fun and taking up my entire day. Though I should get some nice work done over this time.
Update, 3/26/08: Video games have been really occupying my break. Only a small amount of work was done.
I decided to get rid of all that talk about stuff from long ago. It doesn't tie in well with the story. I also got rid of the picture. I'll make a better one tomorrow.
Update, 3/30/08: So I made a part for the Metal Gear Collab. It's well animated:
http://spamtheweb.com/ul/upload/050408 /35644_Metal_Gear_Collab.php
Now, Spring Break is over. School is gonna suck. Anyway Nintendo Story ep 2 is now 35 seconds long.
Update, 4/11/08: Time can really go by fast can't it? It certainly doesn't feel like 4 and a half months since I submitted Mario vs. Santa. Today marks a day exactly six months since I got Flash 8 on that happy little Saturday of a four day weekend. Four days because I got my braces off when it ended and used it as an excuse to stay home.
I personally think I've really been slacking off especially after Nintendo Story Ep1. Ep2 is still just dwimpling along. I was hoping I could finish a side project before today, but that didn't happen. Well, school's ending in six or seven weeks, Summer's around the corner, The rest of this year is gonna kick ass!
Update, 5/5/08: So I joined a Resident Evil Collab a while ago, and I just finished my part. It's truly a good showing of my skill

Update: I'm sick and tired of this bullshit. Everytime I make a review or say something in the forums, some sh#$head allways blows their god damn whistle. Somebody on Newgrounds is out to get me. This is a review I made not long ago:
Score: 0 / 10
Summary: ugh...
Review: I was too late it seems...You joined the Kitty Krew. The biggest threat to Newgrounds is bigger now. Maybe you can still get away from them though. BigFuzzyKitten and Pepsi Max, we meet again. You should remember my warning. Newgrounds will unite sooner or later
How the hell is that abusive. I tried to stop the L7C from turning into spammers. Turns out I was far too late. Oh well, their loss.
