There are two ways. The first is to select a keyframe then copy a sound in your library. With the keyframe still selected, paste onto somewhere on the work area.

The second is too select the keyframe like before, then open up the properties tab below the workspace and there should be a dropdown bar with the word sound next to it. From there, you can select any sound currently in your library and it will be put on the selected keyframe. From here you also have the options to stream your sound or start it and later stop it. I can tell you about all that if you want.

Ahh, I only learned that a few weeks ago. Click on the keyframe with the sound on it. Open up the properties menu and change one of the dropdown bars to start. Then, in the same layer of the sound where you want to stop the sound, make a keyframe if one is not already there, then choose the same sound to play, but choose stop in that other dropdown bar.

I'd rather spend time exploiting people's ingnorance over the interwebz than annoy them. But it is much, much easier to do that on Youtube than Newgrounds, but they have a way of using cuss words in unfitting ways amd making untrue claims as if I offended them, until you figure out it's a small child trying to be cool.

Annoying people is never really satisfying.

When I was around ten years old on a site called funnyjunk.com. It had two pictures of a coastline with a few houses in view. And at the top it said find out what is different between these two pictures. And I thought something was different with the houses, so I put my face close to the screen and a freaky picture screaming pops up. That was hilarious. The point was to get you to look closely even though the pictures were the same.
